Full time position ( position available)

Location: Falls Church, VA

Assess training needs of school employees by conducting surveys or consulting with managers using mailing services such as Mailchimp.

Design and organize training programs for employees or customers, in particular create new and improve existing e-learning programs.

Review and evaluate training materials from a variety of sources, including training materials prepared by instructors, and choose appropriate materials for the program.

Develop course materials, including visual materials, as needed, using graphic design and editing software such as Crello, Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, iMovie, Filmora.

Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest possible improvements.

Research latest trends in the area of e-learning and use that information in developing training programs.

Perform general administrative duties such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment using Microsoft Office suite.

Provide Social Media Management for the school (Facebook Creator Studio).

Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

Train and assist employees with computer usage.

Provide training and orientation to new clerical staff and employees.

Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work using class management and communication systems such as Google Classroom, SeeSaw, Brightwheel, Zoom, Skype.

Coordinate conferences, meetings, or special events, such as luncheons or graduation ceremonies.

Required experience/education:

At least 24 months of proven experience as an Education coordinator, e-learning coordinator, IT training specialist, and all related.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Instructional design, HR, education and other related.
